Terms of Service

Quotes and pricing

All project prices and scope are agreed in writing on WhatsApp before any deposit. The Standard package is €299, the Advanced package starts from €399. Where a project is quoted as "from", the final price is confirmed in writing before work starts. No work begins until both sides have agreed scope and price.

Payments

Standard builds are split: €100 deposit to start, €199 on launch. Advanced builds are typically split 50/50 or staged depending on scope. Invoices are issued by email and payable by bank transfer or Stripe. All prices include any applicable Irish VAT unless stated otherwise.

Deliverables and revisions

Each build includes one full revision round before launch. Additional revisions or significant scope changes after sign-off are quoted separately. Final deliverables are handed over once the balance is paid.

Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, you own the website, the design files we create for you and the code we write for the project. Third-party software, fonts and frameworks remain under their own licences.

Hosting and domains

Hosting and domains are registered in your own name and billed directly to you by the provider. We can set both up for you, but you retain control.

Support

Every build includes 14 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and small adjustments. Ongoing changes after that are billed per change or under an optional monthly care plan.

Cancellations and refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once design or build work has started, as they cover the time committed to your project. If you cancel before any work has started, we'll refund the deposit minus any payment processing fees.

Liability

We build websites carefully and to industry standards, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (number of enquiries, ranking positions, sales figures). Our liability for any single project is limited to the total fees paid for that project.
