Who we are

Emerald Sites is an Irish-owned, family-run web design studio operating at irishweb.site. We're based in Ireland and serve clients across the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.

What we collect

When you contact us via WhatsApp, our contact form, email or social media, we collect: your name, your phone number or email address, your business name and any details you share about your project. We don't run heavy analytics or third-party tracking pixels on the site beyond basic, anonymised visit counts.

How we use it

We use your contact details to reply to you, send quotes, agree project scope and invoice you. We never sell, share or rent your details to third parties. If we use a third-party tool (Stripe for payments, an email provider for sending invoices) we share only the minimum information needed.

How long we keep it

We keep client information for as long as we're working together plus 7 years for tax and bookkeeping purposes (as required by Irish Revenue). Enquiries that don't convert are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements), and complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ireland if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data. To exercise any of these rights, WhatsApp us or email and we'll respond within 30 days.
